PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the shopping cart link and proceed to check out. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save time, by simply inserting their username and password. Click here to register now.

SHOPPING ON-LINE
For your convenience, we offer a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.  Coupons may be offered at various times during the year.  Only one coupon may be used on an order.  If you use more than one coupon we will contact you and request that you pay the difference or your order will be canceled.  Coupon abuse is not tolerated.

SALES TAX
A sales tax of 7.375% will be added to all packages shipped within the state of Nevada.

We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.  Paypal is free and easy to use. You can pay via credit card, e-check(will ship when cleared) or directly from your bank account. Please click here to set up a PayPal account.

SHIPPING
We ship in stock items within 24 hours after the order is placed. Shipping is a flat fee of $5.95. These rates apply to orders sent to the continental United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses or U.S. Territories may be subject to additional fees.  We do ship overseas by using Priority International Shipping.  If you are overseas, we will send an invoice to you for the extra shipping required to send out your package.  Lately we have had alot of people try to avoid shipping fees by not putting a shipping address down during the checkout process.  A shipping address is REQUIRED and we will send you an invoice for the shipping charges which need to be paid or your order will be canceled.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track the status of your order by clicking here, after which you will have to enter your user name and password. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your entire order history with our online store.

RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us! If we have made a mistake on your order or there is a flaw from the manufacture that we missed, we will glady accept your return. All other returns will be accepted within 21 days of purchase minus a 20% restocking fee.
